These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Namesquatch (the “Service”), operated by SK64 LLC (“SK64 LLC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
Namesquatch helps you check the availability of your name across domains, social handles, and email, and — for paid subscribers — registers a domain in your name and sets up related services such as redirects, a personal page, and email forwarding. Domains are registered through a third-party registrar; you are listed as the registrant and legal owner of your domain.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Paid plans are billed annually. Payments are processed by our payment provider and merchant of record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), whose terms also apply to your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
When you purchase a plan, we register your chosen domain on your behalf, with you as the registered owner. Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the registrar and the relevant registry (including ICANN rules). You are responsible for keeping your contact details accurate. Domain registration fees are passed through and are non-refundable once a domain is registered.
You may not use the Service to impersonate others, infringe trademarks or other rights, or for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable registrar/registry policies, or in response to valid legal or rights-holder complaints.
The Service relies on third parties, including our domain registrar, hosting/DNS provider, authentication provider, and payment provider. We are not responsible for their acts or outages, though we work to keep the Service reliable.
You own your domain and may transfer it to another provider at any time, subject to standard transfer procedures and any registry lock periods.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SK64 LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
