When you purchase a plan, we register your domain on your behalf right away, and that registration fee is non-refundable — the domain is yours, and the cost is paid to the registrar and registry. For this reason, purchases are generally final once your domain has been registered.
If we are unable to register your chosen domain (for example, it becomes unavailable before we complete registration), we’ll help you choose an alternative or issue you a full refund.
Annual plans renew automatically. You can cancel anytime before your renewal date to avoid the next charge; your plan stays active until the end of the current period. Because your domain renews at renewal time, renewal charges are non-refundable once the renewal is processed.
If something isn’t right, contact us at support@namesquatch.com — we’ll do our best to make it right. Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Paddle, and refunds (where applicable) are processed through them.
